Tour overview:
This is an 8-day tour that takes you through the beautiful landscapes of Morocco, including Marrakech, Ouarzazate, the Draa Valley, the Erg Chebbi Desert, Todra Gorges, Dades Gorges, Skoura, and back to Marrakech. You will visit famous Kasbahs, stroll through palm groves, ride camels in the desert, visit Berber villages, and marvel at stunning rock formations. You will also have the opportunity to visit Marrakech Medina and go shopping. The tour includes accommodation in traditional hotels, a Berber tent, and a family house. Breakfast is included every day, and some dinners are included as well.

Tour itinerary
DAY 1: MARRAKECH
Arrival at Marrakech airport. Meeting with the driver. Transfer from the airport to the hotel. Dinner on your own and overnight stay at a riad hotel in the Medina.
DAY 2: MARRAKECH – OUARZAZATE (4 and a half hours drive)
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure in the morning from Marrakech to Ouarzazate through the picturesque landscapes of the Atlas Mountains and the spectacular Tizn’ Tichka Pass. Stop to visit the impressive Ait Ben Addhou Kasbah, chosen as the set for numerous famous films. Arrival in Ouarzazate and visit of the Taourirt Kasbah, former residence of the Pasha. Dinner and overnight stay at a casbah hotel with a pool in Ouarzazate.
DAY 3: OUARZAZATE – DRAA VALLEY – AGZD – ERG CHEBBI DESERT (5 hours drive) .
Breakfast at the hotel. Travel along the Draa Valley and stroll through its spectacular palm grove. Continue towards the desert. Arrival in the Berber village of Hassi Labied, 5 km from Merzouga, facing the impressive golden sand dunes of the Erg Chebbi desert. Departure for a camel excursion: arrival in the oasis in the middle of the dunes, dinner under the stars and overnight stay in a traditional Berber tent (standard or deluxe).
DAY 4: ERG CHEBBI DESERT .
Sunrise in the desert. Return to the village by camel, 4×4 or on foot (possibility of a guided trekking tour between the camp and the village, duration: 4 hours). Departure for a 4×4 excursion to visit the surroundings of the Erg Chebbi desert: the lakes between the dunes; Khamilia, the village of Gnawa musicians, former slaves from Sudan; the fossil and former mining area. Return to the village. Stroll in the village and the oasis. Dinner and overnight stay in a Berber family house facing the dunes.
DAY 5: ERG CHEBBI DESERT – TODRA GORGES – DADES GORGES – SKOURA (5 hours drive) .
Breakfast at the house. Departure towards the Todra Gorges. Stop and stroll in the Gorges. Continue towards the Dades Gorges, travel through its fantastic and colorful rock formations. Travel and stops through the Rose Valley and the Thousand Kasbah Road. Arrival in Skoura. Dinner and overnight stay at a casbah hotel with a pool in the Skoura palm grove.
DAY 6: SKOURA – MARRAKECH (5 hours drive) .
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit of the Skoura oasis with the palm grove and the Ameriddhil Kasbah. Continue towards Marrakech. Dinner on your own and overnight stay at a riad hotel in the Marrakech Medina.
DAY 7: MARRAKECH .
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning: Guided tour of the Marrakech Medina. Free afternoon to visit the rest of the city and go shopping. Dinner on your own and overnight stay at a riad hotel in Marrakech.
DAY 8: MARRAKECH .
Breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport, and end of the tour.
