Tour itinerary
Day 1: Agadir – Taroudant – Ait Benhaddou Kasbah – Atlas Studios – Ouarzazate:
After breakfast at your hotel, we will travel 3 days tour from agadir to Merzouga tour of the Sahara desert, departing at 8:00 a.m. and driving to Ouarzazate via Taroudant, where we will visit the medieval walls and souks. then we will enjoy the landscapes. From the Atlas Mountains. On the edge of the High Atlas we will reach the ancient Kasbah Ait-Benhaddou. This fortified walled city was built right on the caravan road between Marrakech and the Sahara and was once a thriving trading post during the 17th century. Within the high mud walls are 6 Kasbahs and a small number of houses. Gladiator and Lawrence of Arabia are among the films that feature Ait Benhaddou. We drive to Ouarzazate to explore Atlas Studios before checking into our Hotel / Riad in Ouarzazate to relax, dine, and stay the night.
Day 2 : Ouarzazate – Valley of Roses – Dades Valley – City of Tinghir – Todra Gorges – Erfoud – Night in desert camp – Erg-Chebbi sand dunes (Merzouga):
We will depart from Ouarzazate, renowned as the “gateway to the desert,” for Merzouga after breakfast. We’ll make a pit stop to admire the stunning architecture of Kasbah Taourirte in Ouarzazate. Following that, we’ll travel down the Kasbah Road, the Valley of Roses, and Dades Valley. The Todra Valley, which is bordered with Berber towns and palm groves, offers spectacular vistas. We next proceed to Todra Gorge, a pleasant and natural setting with orange cliffs that is about 1,000 feet deep. It is also a popular climbing spot, and we will take the opportunity to explore this incredible location. We continue our journey to the Sahara desert in the afternoon, passing through various Berber settlements such as Tinjdad, Melaab, and Erfoud. On the way, you’ll have time for lunch. You will go on a 1: 30mi camel journey through the beautiful and unique orange sand dunes to the desert camp once we arrive in the enchanting land of Erg-Chebbi sand dunes. The fantastic feeling of feeding your soul while watching the beautiful sunset from the middle of the dunes. Dinner and night will be held in the camp, with music being played and time spent on the sand dunes under the millions of stars.
Day 3 : Merzouga – Rissani – Alinf – N’kob – Tazarine – Agdez – Anti-Atlas – Ouarzazate – High Atlas – Marrakech or Agadir:
We recommend getting up early on the last day of our 3-day desert tour from Agadir to Marrakech to view the stunning sunrise. Take a camel ride back to Merzouga town after breakfast and showering. Begin our return journey to Marrakech by passing through Rissani (Tafilalt), Alinf, Tazarine, and N’kob. We’ll journey through the breathtaking Draa Valley, which is dotted with old Kasbahs, Berber communities, and palm groves. Our journey to Marrakech continues through Agdez and the Anti-Atlas Mountains (1660m). We will stop for lunch in Ouarzazate before continuing on to Marrakech via the High Atlas Mountains. We will arrive in Marrakech in the evening and leave you off at your hotel, completing our 3-day tour Agadir to Marrakech via Merzouga desert and services.
