Tour itinerary

Day 1: Fes-Ifrane-Azrou-Todgha Gorges:

Our first night of the 3 days tour from Fes to Merzouga desert will be at the canyons of Todgha. Before, there are many places that we will visit on the day. To start with, we will drive from the cultural city of Morocco Fes through the middle atlas mountains. Then, we can have a stop for your breakfast at Imouzar town. Next, we will make a stop at the statute of the atlas lion in Ifrane, the cleanest city in Morocco.

Our next stop will be at the cedar forest of cedar trees. That is to say, the huge forest in the high atlas where the wild animals like the monkeys live. Therefore, we will make a quick stop to visit them, take some pictures and give them food.

After lunch, we will continue our 3 days Fez Sahara tour through the high atlas mountains across Midelt and Rich. After that, we will arrive at the canyons of Todgha Gorges, about 300m height. Also, the power of water could break the rocks and make a valley among them. Eventually, we will take you to spend the overnight at Tinghir city.

Day 2: Tinghir-Tinjdad-Erfoud-Merzouga:

On the second day of our 3 days tour itinerary from Fes to Merzouga Sahara desert, we will drive you to do the camel ride and camping at Merzouga. To start with, we will visit Erfoud, the city of fossils and dates fruits. Then, we will visit the market to taste different types of dates. Also, we will visit one of the museums in fossils.

We will drive to Rissani, the original city of the king. There, we will try the Berber pizza or Medfouna for lunch. Next, we will visit the souk of Rissani, the market of the Sahara where the Touregs used to trade. Also, we will visit the park of donkeys, sheep, and goats.

Late afternoon, we will drive to Merzouga, the Sahara desert. It is considered the best and favorite place that we will visit in our Fes Sahara tour for 3 days. That is to say, it is famous for camel trekking and camping. Therefore, we will take you there, you will get ready to ride the camels, we will do trekking on the Erg Chebbi dunes to our luxury desert camp. At night, our team of Berber will play drums and set up the fire. Later, you can walk up the sand dunes to watch the stars and the Milkyway.

Day 3: Merzouga- back to Fes:

On the last day of 3 days tour from Fes to Merzouga Sahara desert trips, we will drive you back. There are many things to see, but we will stop at the panoramic view of Ziz valley, the biggest source of dates palm trees. Also, we will stop at the dam of Errachidia, where the government keeps the water for the desert.

Eventually, we will drive you to your accommodation in Fes. And that’s the end of our tour.
