Tour itinerary
Day 1: Errachidia ➝ Merzouga Desert
We will pick you up from Errachidia and start driving towards the Sahara. Along the way, enjoy beautiful views of mountains, palm groves, and Berber villages. On arrival in Merzouga, your camels will be waiting to take you across the dunes of Erg Chebbi. You’ll stop to watch a magical sunset over the Sahara, then continue to the desert camp. Dinner, Berber music around the fire, stargazing, and overnight in a comfortable desert camp.
Day 2: Explore Merzouga Desert
After breakfast, we start a full day tour around Erg Chebbi dunes by 4×4. You’ll visit: Hassi Labied oasis with its green palm groves.
Khamlia village, famous for Gnaoua music and dance A nomad family living in tents, where you’ll share Berber tea and learn about their lifestyle. In the afternoon, enjoy another camel ride to the dunes and witness the golden sunset. Dinner, music, and overnight stay in the camp.
Day 3: Merzouga ➝ Ziz Valley ➝ Azrou ➝ Ifrane ➝ Fes
Wake up early to watch the sunrise over the dunes, then have breakfast. We leave the desert and drive through the Ziz Valley with its panoramic palm oasis. Continue via the Middle Atlas Mountains and stop at the Cedar forest in Azrou to see Barbary monkeys. Next, we visit Ifrane, known as the “Switzerland of Morocco” for its alpine-style houses and snowy winter views. Finally, we reach Fes, where our 3-day Sahara tour ends.
