Day 1: Marrakech – Tizi n’Tichka – Ait Benhaddou – Ouarzazate – Skoura – Kelaa Mgouna – Boumalne Dades

Your 5 Days Tour from Marrakech to Merzouga Desert begins early in the morning. After pick-up from your hotel or riad in Marrakech, we travel through the High Atlas Mountains and the famous Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2260 m). You’ll enjoy beautiful mountain views before visiting the stunning Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a popular movie location.

After lunch, we continue to Ouarzazate, known as the Hollywood of Morocco, to visit the Atlas Film Studios. Then we drive through Skoura Oasis to see the historic Amridil Kasbah. Our journey ends in Boumalne Dades, where you’ll spend the night in a cozy hotel surrounded by the Dades Gorges.

Day 2: Dades Gorges – Tinghir – Todra Gorges – Erfoud – Merzouga Desert

After breakfast, we drive through the scenic Dades Valley and head towards the Todra Gorges, famous for their high cliffs and beautiful walking paths along the river. You’ll have time to explore and take photos in this amazing natural canyon.

Next, we continue to Erfoud, a small town known for its fossil workshops and local crafts. Finally, we reach the magical Merzouga Desert, where your camel ride awaits. Ride across the golden Erg Chebbi dunes and watch a breathtaking sunset before reaching your Berber desert camp. Enjoy a traditional dinner, Berber music, and sleep under the stars.

Day 3: Merzouga Desert – Erg Chebbi Dunes – Khamlia – Nomads – M’ifiss Mine – Tissardmine Oasis

Today is all about exploring the Merzouga Desert. After breakfast, we visit the National Auto Museum and then head to Khamlia Village to enjoy Gnawa music played by locals of African origin. Next, we meet Berber nomads living in tents to learn about their simple desert lifestyle.

We continue to visit the M’ifiss mine and the beautiful Tissardmine Oasis, surrounded by palm trees. In the evening, enjoy another camel trek to watch the sunset over Erg Chebbi before spending your second night in the peaceful desert.

Day 4: Merzouga – Rissani – Alnif – Tazarine – Nkoub – Draa Valley – Agdez – Ouarzazate

After breakfast, we leave the desert and travel through Rissani, known for its traditional souks (markets). We continue our route passing Alnif and Tazarine, small desert towns with great landscapes. Lunch will be in Nkoub village, famous for its old kasbahs.

In the afternoon, we drive through the green Draa Valley, filled with palm trees and Berber villages. Our journey ends in Ouarzazate, where you’ll spend the night in a charming riad or hotel.

Day 5: Ouarzazate – Fint Oasis – Tifoultoute Kasbah – Marrakech

After breakfast, we’ll visit the hidden Fint Oasis, a peaceful valley surrounded by palm trees and mountains a great place to relax and enjoy nature. We’ll also stop at the Tifoultoute Kasbah, one of Ouarzazate’s beautiful historical sites.

Then, we drive back through the High Atlas Mountains to reach Marrakech, where your unforgettable 5 Days Desert Tour from Marrakech to Merzouga ends.
