Day 1: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Midelt
Your 6 days Morocco tour starts from Fes, one of Morocco’s oldest cities. After a short visit, we drive toward Midelt, passing through Ifrane, known as the Switzerland of Morocco. Then stop in the cedar forest of Azrou, where you can meet and feed the friendly Barbary monkeys. After enjoying the fresh air of the Middle Atlas Mountains, we continue to Midelt for dinner and overnight stay at a hotel.
Day 2: Midelt – Ziz Valley – Erfoud – Merzouga
After breakfast, we continue our adventure through the Tizi-n-Tilghmt Pass, enjoying amazing mountain views. We then drive along the Ziz Valley, famous for its palm trees and small Berber villages. Our next stop is Erfoud, known for its fossil workshops. Later, we reach Merzouga, a magical desert village near the Erg Chebbi dunes. You’ll spend the night in a hotel near the golden dunes.
Day 3: Explore Merzouga Desert – Camel Trek – Desert Camp
After breakfast, we explore the Merzouga desert in a 4×4 vehicle. We’ll visit nomad families living in tents, discover an old eyeliner mine, and enjoy Gnawa music in Khamlia village. After lunch at a local restaurant, we visit Merzouga Lake before starting your camel ride into the dunes. On the way, you’ll stop to watch the sunset over the Sahara. Tonight, enjoy Berber music, a delicious dinner, and sleep under the stars in a desert camp.
Day 4: Merzouga – Erfoud – Todra Gorges
Wake up early to watch the sunrise over the dunes before riding camels back to Merzouga. After breakfast, we travel through Erfoud and Tinjdad to reach the stunning Todra Gorges — tall canyon walls perfect for walking and photos. You’ll spend the night in a hotel surrounded by nature.
Day 5: Todra Gorges – Dades Valley – Roses Valley – Ouarzazate
After breakfast, we explore the Dades Valley, known for its rock formations and green oases. We stop in the Valley of Roses to see how rose products are made. Then we visit the Kasbah Amridil in Skoura Oasis, one of Morocco’s most beautiful kasbahs. Arrive in Ouarzazate, also known as the Hollywood of Africa, for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech
After breakfast, we visit the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where many movies like Gladiator and Game of Thrones were filmed. Then we drive through the High Atlas Mountains and Tizi N’tichka Pass, enjoying breathtaking views and traditional Berber villages along the way.
