Tour itinerary

First day:

After your arrival at our hotel in Merzouga, you will leave your car at safe parking and pack the necessary bags for the evenings in the Sahara Desert. Our 3 nights camel trek Morocco will start in the late afternoon, about 2 hours before sunset, taking you right into the heart of the desert.

 The camel ride lasts around 1.5 hours, giving you a chance to watch one of the most beautiful sunsets in Morocco, try sandboarding, and take photos of the amazing landscapes. After the ride, we’ll reach our desert camp, where you will enjoy a glass of mint tea and relax. Dinner will be served, followed by traditional Berber drumming music around the fire. Enjoy the starry sky and sleep in your Berber tent.

Second day:

Wake up early to see the magical sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, we’ll continue the camel trek for a few hours to our next destination, stopping for lunch in a small oasis in the desert. The night will be spent at the home of a Berber Nomad family, where you can enjoy traditional food, meet the locals, and learn about the Berber nomad lifestyle in the Sahara.

Third day:

Start the day early with the sunrise in the desert, followed by breakfast. Then, a 1.5–2 hour camel trek will take you deeper into the Sahara Desert to our third camp. A Moroccan lunch and mint tea will be served under the shade of a desert tree. Spend the afternoon relaxing in the dunes and taking photos. In the evening, enjoy a delicious traditional dinner and sleep comfortably in your tent.

Fourth day:

Wake up early to watch another stunning sunrise and take beautiful desert photos. After breakfast and a shower at the camp, we will camel trek back to the starting point. Alternatively, you can be transferred directly from the camp to the village to finish your desert adventure.
